Service and delivery information

wow-g delivers your goods and mediation performance as fast and as comfortable as possible with reliable wow-g quality directly to you.

For our service performance does apply:

We are anxious to deliver as fast as possible.
We use all user information in strict confidence and do not pass them on to anyone.

Gold: After reveiving your payment the Gold will be delivered to your character by ingame eMail.
Powerleveling: Because of safety reasons we will not request your account information until we can book your payment.
You will receive an eMail with a special link, in which you will be asked to enter your account information. As soon as you completed the form we will start the Powerleveling within 12-36 hours.
Order Guide, CD-Key or Gametimecode: Those will be sent to your eMail address within 24 hours after we can book your payment.
